Better Beauty Sleep

We’ve discussed the connection between sleep and skin health many times previously. But here’s a tip for better beauty sleep that we haven’t shared yet: Try turning the thermostat down at night. Essential to getting a good night’s sleep is room temperature. Although this varies per individual, the ideal room temperature for sleep is 65°F or 18°C. If you have the option, try scheduling your thermostat to automatically lower by bedtime so you don’t have to adjust it each time. Another tip to keep cool at night is to sleep on natural fibers, as they help with temperature regulation.
