It’s not only your face that requires skincare. Your skin covers all of your body! Your hands, feet, elbows, and legs—are all vulnerable to winter dryness and require attention during the cold season. Your hands, in particular, are at high risk of chapping. Here are 2 simple steps you can take today: (1) whenever possible, use a moisturizer after hand washing or for your body after stepping out of a shower (2) use rubber gloves when washing dishes and winter gloves when stepping outside because limiting their exposure to water and cold will go far in keeping your hands soft and supple.
