Eczema

Eczema is a skin condition that appears as red itchy, scaly patches around the neck and eyes, on the inner elbows, and the backs of knees. This is a common skin condition in younger children, but adults with sensitive skin issues or who are prone to allergies can also be susceptible. While there are no cure-all treatments for eczema, there are steps that one can take to avoid further aggravating this skin condition. For example, avoiding foods that one could be allergic to and skipping harsh soaps or skincare formulas with fragrances. Additionally, keeping one's skin barrier healthy and strong through using well-formulated moisturizers is also thought to be key in protecting one's skin.
