Emotional Health

Stress is an easy scapegoat for a failure to put proper boundaries into place. Most of us are aware that stress ages the body. Additionally, we all know stress is easy to complain about yet harder to do anything about. We feel that the stressful events in our lives are out of our control, and we fail to ask ourselves what steps we should be implementing to guard our emotional and mental health against stress.
