Here are 2 exercises you can do to perk up and tone your facial muscles. (1) Eyebrow lifts. Place the three middle fingers of each hand underneath your eyebrows and push your eyebrows up into the forehead. Then, using your forehead muscle, push down into your fingertips. Repeat the movement 3 times. (2) Jaw stretch. Sit up straight and lift your chin and look at the ceiling. Slowly turn your face and look over your shoulder at the ceiling. Jut out your jaw and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat the movement to the other side.
