How to Clean Your Beauty Tools
Have you taken the time to wash your beauty tools lately? Like with makeup brushes, bacteria can build up on face rollers or gua sha tools if they aren't cleaned regularly. Follow these tips to keep your beauty tools clean, and bacteria at bay: (1) Soak your beauty tools in warm, soapy water. You can use liquid antibacterial soap or even a bit of your facial cleanser if you prefer. (2) Use a small brush (or a toothbrush) to clean tight ridges. If your beauty tool has many ridges or tight spaces, use a small brush to clean the area to keep it dirt-free. (3) Spray your beauty tool with alcohol. If you are concerned about bacteria lingering on your beauty tool, you can disinfect it with some alcohol after cleaning it to remove residual acne-causing bacteria.
