Male Beauty

Through the years, male beauty has also swung from one preference to the next. Statues and art from ancient Greece show the obsession with a fully fit form that the ancient Greeks desired. In the 1700s, it was a more slender form that was favored by fashionable elite circles in England and France. In the late 1800s to the early 1900s, it was considered a status symbol to have what is now referred to as a "dad bod." It meant that you were in the leisure class. Today, notions around male beauty are more likely to follow trends in movies, podcasts, and other media.
