Like with any resolution, avoid burning yourself out on your skincare goals. January is typically the time of year when we feel invigorated to set commitments for our habits and behaviors. Yet taking on too much at once could cause you to feel overwhelmed and feel like giving up. Yes, each of your skincare habits is worthy and essential, but avoid taking an all-or-nothing approach.
